Who is Highlands Health System?
Highlands Health System is proud of its rich history of community involvement and is dedicated to the
citizens of the Big Sandy region. The System provides high quality healthcare services to people living
in the surrounding rural communities through its Clinics, Regional Medical Center, Foundation, over
100 physicians and medical specialists, Center for Autism, Medical Partners, and Home Health services.
Highlands Health System is working to ensure essential and accessible healthcare to the citizens of
the Big Sandy region. We remain dedicated to promoting quality, performance improvement, efficiency
and productivity, and work to facilitate the consolidation of resources while continuing to explore
alliances with other healthcare providers to better address community needs.
